Book free, pay in the shop once it works
The old site had a shop basket. Repairs here do not work that way: you book or walk in, you see the price first, and you pay once the phone is repaired and tested in front of you.
- No deposit and no booking fee on standard repairs

- Water damage cleaning is the one exception, and it is explained before you leave the phone
- Every price includes IVA — the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay

This repair is quoted per device because the part cost varies too much for a published figure to be honest. Send a photo and the model, and you get a fixed price you can hold us to.

How this works
1. Send a photo
WhatsApp a photo with your model name and get a fixed price back, not a range.
2. Pick your time
Walk in during opening hours or book a slot so the part is waiting on the bench.
3. Watch it done
Most repairs are finished in the same visit, tested in front of you before you pay.
The one exception
Water damage cleaning carries a non-refundable minimum charge, because the cleaning work happens whether or not the phone recovers. Any parts needed afterwards are quoted separately.
