iPhone 6 Plus screen damage

The iPhone 6 Plus uses a 5.5-inch LCD display. A damaged LCD usually shows ink-like black blotches, bleeding colours or a backlight that no longer lights up evenly. Glass and LCD are replaced together as one assembly, which is part of why older LCD iPhones cost less to repair.

Keeping Touch ID working

The iPhone 6 Plus uses Touch ID, and the fingerprint sensor is paired to the phone's logic board. A replacement sensor will not unlock the phone, so during a screen repair we transfer your original home button or sensor across. If the button itself is cracked, Touch ID may not be recoverable, and we will tell you before any work starts.

Battery and charging
