After the clean I can tell you what is actually damaged. Sometimes the phone simply works again. Sometimes a screen, a battery or a charging flex has failed and needs replacing — those are quoted to you before anything is fitted. And sometimes the board is beyond saving, which I will tell you straight rather than selling you parts for a phone that will not come back.
About your photos
This is a repair service, not a data recovery lab. If the phone powers up after the clean, your photos and messages are there as they always were — nothing is wiped. If the board cannot be revived, I cannot extract data from it, and I would rather say that before you pay than after.
If the phone is working right now after getting wet, back it up to iCloud or a computer today, before anything else. Liquid damage often shows up days later.
