Apple's own repair prices and warranty terms are published on apple.com and change over time — check them for your model before deciding. We only state what we can stand behind about our own workshop.
When Apple is the better choice
- Your iPhone is still inside Apple's warranty or covered by AppleCare+ — use it, that is what you paid for.
- The phone needs a replacement logic board or Face ID module, which are cryptographically paired to your device.
- You have an insurance claim that requires an Apple-authorised invoice.
Everything else — cracked glass, a dead display, a battery that will not last the morning, a charging port full of sand, a smashed rear pane, a hazy camera lens — is faster and cheaper here, and you keep your phone the same day.
