Unlike iPhone screens, iPad panels are low-volume parts. A published price would either be wrong for your model or padded to cover the worst case. A quote costs you nothing and is accurate.

What we check first
On a iPad 2 we test touch across the whole panel, charging, speakers and the cameras, and look for a bent frame. A bent chassis is the one thing that turns a simple screen job into a bigger one, and you should know that up front.
Timing
If the panel is in stock the work is same day. If it has to come in, it is usually next working day and we book you a time rather than leaving the tablet with us.

- On the older separate-glass models, yes. On laminated models the glass and display are one part and have to be replaced together.

- No. A screen or battery repair does not touch storage, and we do not need your passcode.
