The old site had a loyalty page. What actually matters to a returning customer is simpler: what your warranty covers, and how quickly we look at a phone we have already worked on.
- One-year warranty from the repair date on screen fittings and other fitted parts
- Bring the phone back and we look at it before anything else on the bench
- Accidental damage after a repair is a new repair, and we will say so plainly
- No paperwork needed — tell us roughly when you came in
Get an exact price, not a range
This repair is quoted per device because the part cost varies too much for a published figure to be honest. Send a photo and the model, and you get a fixed price you can hold us to.

How this works

WhatsApp a photo with your model name and get a fixed price back, not a range.
2. Pick your time
Walk in during opening hours or book a slot so the part is waiting on the bench.
3. Watch it done
Most repairs are finished in the same visit, tested in front of you before you pay.
What it does not cover
A second drop, water, or pressure damage. We will show you what we are looking at so you can see the difference for yourself.
Second repairs on the same phone
If you come back for a different job later, the phone is already known to us, which usually makes the visit quicker.

- Ask at the counter. Prices are already set to be competitive rather than inflated and then discounted.
